Hi, I'm Angel.

I've spent over a decade building the people, process, and systems infrastructure that stops founders and leadership teams from being the single point of failure in their own business. That work spans employee relations and case management, policy and audit readiness, and workflow automation using tools like SharePoint and Power Automate to close gaps before they become problems, the same instinct that shapes how I build systems for clients today.

I've done this work across nonprofit, manufacturing, and professional-services organizations, including Dwelling Place Grand Rapids, Family Promise of West Michigan, Bailey International, HCM Strategists, and FINN Partners. Each one needed the same thing at its core: systems that hold up under real pressure, not just on paper.

A few things I'm proudest of: leading HRIS transitions (ADP Workforce, Paycom) for two nonprofit organizations and improving data accuracy across the board; building an AI-assisted manager support tool that cut down repetitive questions and standardized guidance across teams; and designing operational dashboards that gave leadership real-time visibility into attendance, compliance, and manager accountability instead of a quarterly guess. I'm PMI-trained, Predictive Index and IDI-certified, and apply Six Sigma and EOS principles to make sure the systems I build hold up under real audit pressure, not just look good in a proposal.
